Paul B. Ferrara, III, Esq. is a native of Charleston, South Carolina, with family in Charleston and Aiken counties. Mr. Ferrara is a graduate of Georgetown University Law Center with a   Master of Laws in Securities and Financial Regulation. He graduated from the Georgetown University Law Center in 2001 and earned a LL.M. in Securities and Financial Regulation.

Mr. Ferrara's practice areas include, civil litigation, foreclosure defense, estate planning, criminal and civil appellate, personal injury, and securities fraud.

Janel K. Ferrara, Esq. is an associate of the Ferrara Law Firm, PLLC. She is a native of Clare, Michigan, with family in Charleston, Berkeley, Dorchester, and Aiken Counties. Mrs. Ferrara is a graduate of Michigan State University College of Law where she earned her Juris Doctor. Janel completed her undergraduate work at Central Michigan University in Mt. Pleasant, Michigan, earning a B.S. in Political Science and History. 

In 2001, Mrs. Ferrara, interned at the U.S. Department of Justice in the Washington, D.C.   and assisted in prosecuting foreign-Columbian natives for various RICO and narcotics violations. While in law school, Janel met Paul B. Ferrara, III and together, they moved to Charleston to be closer to Paul’s family. Upon her arrival in the lowcountry, Janel worked as a civil litigation attorney at the law firm of Bogoslow, Jones, Stephens & Duffie in Walterboro. Janel subsequently worked defending clients charged with serious felonies in Colleton County. From 2003 to 2005, Janel worked for Charleston County defending clients charged with serious crimes including murder, manslaughter, kidnapping, trafficking narcotics, CSC, possession with intent to distribute, assault and battery with intent to kill and other serious criminal violations. She actively defended more than two hundred clients at any given time. 

In 2005, Janel began her employment with Ferrara Law Firm, PLLC. She specializes in criminal law, real estate, wills, trusts, probate planning, and small business litigation.
